31A Company Commander (Military Police)
Serves as Company Commander assigned to the 302nd Military Police Company and responsible for the planning, training, and administration of a Military Police (Detention Operations) Company; provides a ready corrections/detention specialists force of Soldiers who are responsible for the care, custody and control of detainees involved in armed conflict in support of the United States military operations; leads 123 Soldiers, Non-Commissioned Officers and Commissioned Officers responsible for the execution of detention operations, corrections, control, tactics and procedures across worldwide contingency areas of operation; maintains accountability and operational readiness of property valued in excess of $3.7 million.







Battalion Commander
Serves under dual supervision; leads 411+ Soldiers of the Brigade Engineer Battalion; commands and controls the operational, tactical, and technical functions of the Battalion and supports the Director of Domestic Operations (J3) to exercise the authority and responsibility for plans, exercise, and training of WING in support to Civil Authorities; ensures Battalion Staff and subordinate officers remain trained, proficient, and competent in all skills necessary to perform assigned duties; assists the organization in the retention and recruiting of quality Soldiers and future leaders; performs duties as the Engineer Battalion Commander in support of the BCT/Division Commanders goals and provides the Brigade Combat Team with Combat and General Engineer Support as the Senior BDE Engineer Officer; performs duties in support of federal and state missions, as assigned.




Battalion Commander
Commands the 2nd Battalion, 321st Regiment, 1st Brigade (BCT), 108th Division (IT); responsible for all aspects of leading, training, mobilizing and deploying a training Battalion in both peacetime and wartime conditions; provides guidance and mentoring to a battalion-level staff and five subordinate companies; recruits and retains motivated, qualified Drill Sergeants to meet mobilization and peacetime BCT mission requirements; represents the Battalion at all conferences and military functions, as required; supports and executes all missions and taskings on order; maintains control systems to prevent fraud, waste and abuse or mismanagement of Government resources; maintains discipline and personal deployment readiness.




Company Commander
Company Commander of a Brigade Headquarters and Headquarters Company that supports III Armor Corps during no-notice worldwide response missions; responsible for maintaining the combat readiness, health, welfare, morale and discipline of 89 Soldiers including all brigade staff sections; responsible for the development and execution of training and maintenance programs, ensuring operational readiness for wartime, contingency and peacetime operations; prioritizes unit resources including time, equipment, money and facilities to accomplish assigned missions and necessary training; responsible for the accountability and maintenance of over $20 million worth of installation and organizational property.




11A Reconnaissance Troop Commander
Commands a Dismounted Reconnaissance Troop comprised of 79 Soldiers; responsible for the training, operations, health, welfare, morale and discipline of all assigned personnel; develops and executes training and maintenance programs to ensure combat power needs are met; visualizes and describes the area of operations, directs actions to achieve results and leads the troop to mission accomplishment; serves as subject matter expert in dismounted reconnaissance; mobilizes for state missions, as ordered by the Governor of the State of New York.
